The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce Announces 2024–2025 Board of Directors

The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce marked the beginning of a new Chamber year by introducing the 2024–2025 Chairman of The Board, 2024–2025 Vice Chairman of the Board and new members of the Board.

Ann Wolford, Founder and Principal Consultant of The Wolford Group, is the 2024-2025 Chairman of the Board.

Ann’s consulting firm is devoted to helping nonprofit organizations maximize their fundraising potential by providing services ranging from strategic planning to managing campaigns and events. Ann’s clients range from start-up nonprofits to multi-million-dollar organizations.

“I am honored to serve as the 2024-2025 Chair of the Board of Directors for The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce," Wolford said. "As a small business owner here in The Woodlands, I am deeply passionate about our Chamber and our community, and it is a true privilege to serve in this capacity to lead and work alongside an exceptional, engaged board.”

Justin Kendrick, Senior Vice President & CEO Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital, serves as the 2024-2025 Vice Chairman.

The new Board of Director members who will serve a three-year term September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2027, are:

  • Christin Allphin, Woodforest National Bank
  • Kristen Bates, Bates | Wilder McGee PC
  • Marcus Bridgewater, Choice Forward
  • Adam Koch, The Koch Insurance Group
  • Michele Kooken, YES to YOUTH - Montgomery County Youth Services
  • Heather Ramsey, San Jacinto River Authority
  • Amber Sickafoose, The Woodlands Country Club

Theresa Wagaman, Richmond Realty Group, also joins the Board for a one-year term along with Julie Ambler, The Woodlands Christian Academy, who will serve as the Chairman’s Appointee

The Chamber will officially celebrate the 2023-2024 Chamber year at its Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon on Friday, September 27, 2024. The event is held each year following the end of the Chamber year on August 31st to recognize members who have shown exemplary support for the Chamber and the business community.
